Rotary Gate & Dosage Valves

The Rotary Gate Valve is a Quarter Turn ‘input’ valve.

Adaptable for both isolation & control / throttling.

Significant operational, manufacture & cost advantages over conventional Through Conduit Gate Valves.

Proven Quarter turn technology actuators can be used.

Variable output (Gate rotation <>90°).

No closed cavity above & below the pipeline.

Plugging avoided Gate rotates in a constant volume.

Can be manufactured entirely from plate / bar.

Seats & sealing technology, proven design (TCGV & BV).

Errosion resistant.

♦ MEG will be dosed dependent on water content in the hydrocarbon process.

♦ The valve will act as a control unit, providing desired continuous Dosage of MEG.

♦ A large range of MEG dosage is required (turndown in >200:1).

♦ Multiple ‘fixed’ orifices in parallel.

♦ Extensive valve qualifcation testing completed.

♦ Flow rates in operation up to 220m³/Day & Flushing 500 m³/Day (Full bore flushing also available).

♦ Large range of pressure losses possible (application specific)

♦ Accurate positioning (<+/- 1°) via CANBus controlled Dantorque Hydraulic actuator.
